Excellent Service and Scheduling. When my AC broke I needed it fixed right away, with the 90 degree heat. I called Down East and they gave me an appointment, They called prior to arriving and were here on time. The serviceman was nice and fixed everything!

My wife and I came home to find that our A/C had gone out. I called Down East well after hours and had them come out and check my unit. The tech showed up very quickly and proceeded to troubleshoot the system. Found out that the air compressor had gone bad and needed replacing. I consulted the internet and found that Down East was within the normal charge. I also contacted another local HVAC dealer and they were a full $100.00 higher and that didn't include the original service call which was included in the Down East quote. Down East installed the part with no hasseles and in the amount of time they said. Very satisfied with the cost and service provided by Down East.
